Deconstructed Egg Roll Bowl
1 lb (16 ounces) ground pork, beef, turkey, or chicken
1 teaspoon minced garlic
14 ounces shredded cabbage
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons sriracha
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
half a cup of frozen chopped spinach
1. Brown your meat in a large frying pan with your garlic.
2. Then add the cabbage, spinach, soy sauce, ginger, and saute until desired tenderness.
3. Drizzle the sesame seed oil and green onions over everything at the end. Then use sriracha before eating if you like.
