Let’s face it, we are not always able to go home and cook. There is also nothing more frustrating than trying to decide on what you can and can’t eat after a long day, especially when you are “dieting”. Even worse while out with friends, family, or co-workers. The great thing about Keto is that you do not have to sacrifice some of your brain cells, you favorite restaurants, or your social life. The possibilities are ENDLESS! Here are some of my favorite Keto friendly restaurants and meals! #anybodycanbeaketobody
Olive Garden- Zoodles Primavera with shrimp or Chicken (Yes olive garden has zucchini noodles)
Wendy’s- Baconator with mayo and a side of caesar salad (no crotons) instead of fries
Buffalo Wild Wings- Naked, Garlic parmesan, or Lemon Pepper wings extra celery and ranch dressing
California Pizza Kitchen- Mushroom, pepperoni, sausage kids pizza on cauliflower crust.
KFC- Grilled Chicken (At least 3 pieces) and green beans- The green beans at KFC are actually pretty “clean”
Chick-fil-a- Large Superfood salad with a side of grilled nuggets.
Zoes Kitchen- Mediterranean cauliflower rice bowl with salmon
McDonald's- Egg White rounds and sausage patties
Chipotle- Keto salad bowl
Captain D’s/ Long John Silver- Grilled salmon with a side of green beans and broccoli
