Chop up 2 7oz salmon patties
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cup of plain plain crushed pork rinds
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1. Combine salmon, onions, pork rinds, cheese, egg, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl.
2. Form into 5 patties about 3 inches wide
3. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet, once hot brown the patties about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Remove excess oil if any... AND ENJOY!
